RESPONSE —
The brief for this project was to establish an identity and create content for Brown Thomas and Arnott's internal company values. This included a welcome pack for new staff, notices about staff events, a booklet of values and an overall vibe of enthusiasm in the workplace. We wanted the identity to be bold, on brand and a bit of fun. We hired Mr. Balloonatic to craft different balloon objects for us to photograph, that represented the different values. These images were then used across all communications, along with bold typography and brand colours. We also created a slick, matte black, stand-up pouch, welcome pack for new staff and filled it with useful items to help them get through their first day.

ROLE —
I was a designer on this project and was responsible for the design and roll-out of the brand values fold-out print piece and welcome pack. I was also involved in the photoshoot as an assistant to the Art Director and created all the concept artwork for the individual images.
